A concept gallery, two working ateliers, and a tribute to craft, inside a restored historical monument eight years in the making.
The Palas facade, seen from within
One of Bucharest's most storied addresses, a classified architectural monument whose restoration unfolded across eight years of patient, dedicated work. A building the city never quite forgot, waiting to hold something worthy of its walls.
Six months were spent creating the gallery itself: designing two distinctive salons, integrating a working atelier, and calibrating every material detail of a space that now occupies the first floor of the Palas Hotel's restored interior.

"A monument to continuity, the same instinct that made the building worth saving is the one that drives what happens inside it."
Two decades of international fashion experience, across Italy, Turkey, and China, including collaboration with Semir Group, one of the world's largest fashion retailers with over 7,000 stores. She returned to Bucharest to build something its opposite: a brand that knows exactly where it is made, and is proud of it.
STYLAND launched to immediate international attention. Within the first year, it was on the world's most watched women, chosen by Karla Welch, Law Roach, and Elizabeth Stewart, three of the most trusted stylists in the industry.
Visual artist and creative director whose eye for proportion, line, and material is as evident in his clothing as in his wider artistic practice. Partner to Teodora Burz and co-creator of Irimé Gallery's spatial identity, the design of the space reflects his hand throughout.
NotRainProof, founded in 2018, began as a streetwear label and has evolved into something more precise: a neo-classic men's tailoring brand, traditional construction techniques combined with modern fits, shapes that honour the archive while belonging entirely to the present.

A Romanian brand.

The Name
A Romanian name so rare it is almost no longer spoken. The name of Teodora's father. The name of her grandfather before him. Forty years after her father passed, she placed it above the door of the most significant thing she has built, not as nostalgia, but as continuity. A tribute. A rescue. A declaration that some things deserve to outlast the century that forgot them.

One atelier serves both brands, STYLAND and NotRainProof, within the same building where their customers discover them. Pantone systems, Italian fabric rolls, pattern tables, sewing machines, live fittings. The act of making is integrated into the experience, not concealed behind it.
Founded in Saint-Germain-des-Prés with the spirit of an atelier from the past. Artisanal menswear production across France, Portugal and Italy. Beautiful, understated stores that feel like considered wardrobes.
Irimé addsProduction under the same roof as the store, in a heritage monument.
A 19th-century building repurposed as a destination for fashion, design, and art in Le Marais. Designed to feel like a large house rather than a store, culture and community at its core.
Irimé addsTwo brands in production, and a building with a name the city already knew.
A Lower East Side flagship with a two-way mirror offering direct sight into the in-house atelier, transparent retail where making is part of the experience rather than hidden from it.
Irimé addsTwo distinct brands, a heritage building, and a city-defining cultural narrative.

Irimé Gallery welcomes international press, brand partners, stylists, and anyone willing to discover what authentic luxury looks like when it is made by hand, in the city, inside a building that has been waiting eight years to be found.
